Well. My favorite thing about KFC is the mashed potatoes. Well, it’s not that brilliant as every 711 in Singapore has a Maggi Mashed potato machine which makes the freeze dried ‘goodness’ just fine. The story is that KFC in Japan apparently doesn’t have it. On top of the not having it, they also have disgusting greasy rude sales people, err … I mean … food. I hope that this is only an issue in the Ueno KFC branch but I cannot be sure as I rarely (a couple times in the last 20 years) eat meat (and only in Japan). On that note I might should point out that it is impossible to be vegetarian in Japan. There is not *much* meat but so many varieties of it are in *everything*.
