Procrastination Paradox

The Procrastination Paradox (Aaron Swartz: The Weblog): “But we’re back to where we started again. What’s the reason for all this? Why would our bodies not want to do things other people told us to? The only explanation that makes sense to me is that it’s some sort of self-protection mechanism to prevent us from being used as thought-slaves. ‘Ha ha!’ says the brain, ‘you can’t tell me what to think about because as soon as you do, I’ll try to go do something else!”

sunday you need love …

da da da.
Had a nice telephone conversation this morning after quite some time going without. Things must really be about me avoiding doing so in order to feel lonely and isolated. I’m not even a rabbit. The heater is still broken as there are parts what need ordering and such. Sat in the lay-z-boy with blankets and wathed the x-men dvd. T’was quite decent. Now on is ‘X-Treme Martial Arts” which is a bit distressing … the name i mean. It’s on discovery channel and has scientific analysis of the realities of kinesthetics in the arts and the underlying reasons of how they actually work. I thought the master, Mike Chat, looked …. interesting. Turns out I must have seen him at some subliminal point when he was the blue power ranger. Ahem.
